Feel free to know that regardless of your reason of return, there will be no questions asked from us and you will receive a full refund (excluding postage fee) after investigation. In the case where you item is damaged on arrivals or you received the wrong product please contact our customer support team at info@rcroche.com.

RC ROCHE ORNAMENT Returns, Refund & Exchanges Policy Guidelines are as follows:

  1. Any items purchased from rcroche.com qualifies for return, refund or exchange.
  2. If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund (excluding postage fee), please contact us at info@rcroche.com We will provide you with the appropriate return label especially made for your item.
  3. Item(s) must be returned in the original condition and within 30 days from the date that you received the item(s). If in any case, there is an indication of the item(s) being used, damaged* without prior notice – your item(s) will be returned to you at your own cost.
    * If you received a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@rcroche.com. Do not use the item as we need to investigate the damaged garment.
  4. After we have issued your return label, received your tracking number and confirmed that your item has been accepted in our warehouse we will process your full refund (excluding postage fee) within 5 business days. You will receive an email from our Customer Support Team confirming your received item(s) and either provide your refund or dispatch your selected item(s) for exchange.
  5. Items purchased in the US can be exchanged for a maximum of one (1) time.
